Let Me Give It To You Straight.

You probably wouldn’t admit this in public (we wouldn’t either), but you’re here because you’re uncertain about the future of your fitness business given the recent industry shifts.

Changing consumer behaviors and digital innovations have reshaped the fitness landscape, affecting gyms and personal trainers alike.

Even established fitness chains are reevaluating their models to align with new market expectations, incorporating new solutions to complement traditional offerings.

Yet, the road ahead is complex. With an increasing number of individuals seeking out alternative, more flexible ways to keep fit, traditional fitness centers are finding it challenging to attract and retain clients. The emphasis now is not only on offering quality services but also on creating a compelling value proposition that resonates with today's fitness enthusiasts.

In this evolving landscape, the question for fitness professionals is how to innovate and pivot their strategies to not just keep their doors open but to thrive, fostering a community that bridges the gap between digital convenience and the irreplaceable value of in-person experiences.

"How Long Can I Hold On For?"

If you’ve wondered this, you’re not alone. Even if you’re making things work now, what kinds of sacrifices are you making to keep it all together?

Not just financial sacrifices, either… the stress, extra client chasing, long hours, and uncertainty are chipping away at your health, your time, and your focus.

That means you’re not on your A-game - for yourself, your business, your family, or your clients.

If you’re like most fit pros I know, that doesn’t set well with you.

But What Can You Do?

You can do what works.

See, while most gym owners, trainers, and other fit pros were “flying by the seats of their pants,” we were busy building, testing, and mercilessly improving every aspect of our business.

After all, when you leave your success to chance, there are all kinds of things that go wrong.

What we discovered was that a business built around THIS one particular service delivered the way we teach it had much greater success than a competitor who did not offer this service.

With this one service as the foundation of your fitness business, you can:

  Maximize your profit per hour
  Increase client retention
  Improve trainer and client engagement
  Multiply client results.
  Leverage your staff's time

What Is This Service?

It’s called semi-private training. But, no it's not the same semi-private training that you see out there in the market place...

It's programmed better, it's delivered better, it's priced better, and...

We’ve tested semi-private training against every other conceivable “model” - large group training, crossfit, small group training, bootcamp, one-on-one private training, "overlapping PT", group classes… you name it, we’ve tested it.

And the simple fact is, THIS semi-private training model comes out on top every single time.

No! We're not talking about your typical Semi Private Training of the past... While that can be effective, It's nowhere near as systematized, scalable, and profitable as the Foundation-5 Method!

Better For Clients

Semi-private training gives clients the best of one-on-one and group coaching at a fraction of the cost.

They don’t feel “monitored” like they often do in one-on-one-settings.

And they don’t get lost in the crowd, like they often do in large group classes.

Instead, they get individualized attention in a comfortable, social environment with only a few other people.

Better For Coaches

Any personal trainer who has done one-on-one training knows that it’s tough to keep enough appointments on the calendar.

But group classes can be feel like you aren't using the skill set you you actually bring to the table and end up just being a cheerleader with everyone doing the same workout.

With semi-private training, your coaches can interact with a few clients at a time - giving them the coaching and fulfillment of helping people achieve their fitness goals in an intimate atmosphere.

Better For Business

The standard model was broken before… and it’s completely pulverized now.

Why? Because an app or YouTube can give people anything they can get from a group or one-on-one coach.

With a semi-private training, though, they get a motivating, tailored experience that keeps them coming back for more.

Simply put, engaged members stay much longer, which means more predictable income and fewer marketing expenses.

“So should I just go start a semi-private training program?”

We’re going to be clear about this - semi-private training is the goldmine everybody in the fitness industry is looking for, hands down.

But what good is a goldmine if you don’t have the tools, resources, people, and knowledge to extract the gold?

We’ve seen lots of gym owners recently just whittling down their group classes to a handful of people, doubling the price per person, and calling it “semi-private coaching.”

That’s NOT what this is about.

You have to know how to structure semi-private training successfully.

How to bring in qualified clients and keep them engaged between sessions.

How to maximize client value (semi-private training is just the first step).

That’s how you create the kind of success you can throw in the face of everybody who told you that you’d fail.

We can get you there in just 8 weeks.

Our Switch to Semi Private Program leverages the systems, programming delivery and strategic automation we’ve built over the past decade - plus the real-world experience of three fitness industry veterans - to help you build an iron-solid foundation.

We’ll be coaching you through every aspect of starting and scaling a hyper-attractive semi-private training model.

At the same time, you’ll be implementing proven systems to take the stress and guesswork out of every stage of the client lifecycle:

A Product of the Product

How do I know? I stand where you stand.

Back in 2009, I opened a 3,100-square-foot gym.

I was there night and day - not because I wanted to be, but because I had to handle a TON of different tasks to save on payroll and keep the lights on.

The thing was, I LOVED helping people get healthy and fit… but I grew to resent owning a gym!

Eventually, I broke down and asked my family for help. That was the point when I knew:

If I wanted to keep changing lives, I needed to come up with a simple, repeatable way of maximizing client resultsmaximizing the profitability (and flow) of the business, but do so without putting the work solely on my shoulders as the owner.

It took several years, plenty of successes and plenty of mistakes... but I eventually perfected the model I told you about earlier.

Today, I still own and operate a thriving 8,000-square-foot facility - the top-ranked personal fitness facility in Arizona - generating over $1 million in annual revenue.
